Founder, Facilitator, Coach

A holistic approach to developing people in a professional way.

Melissa Duniam is the 2023 Tasmanian winner of the Agrifutures Rural Women’s Award for her professional development framework, Leading Rein.

"Leadership has always been part of my story. Growing up, I was inspired by my Pop’s kind and clear way with horses, which unknowingly taught me the essence of leadership; connection, trust, and honoring individuality.

Life took me deeper into agriculture when I married into a third-generation dairy farming family. Juggling life on the farm, raising three daughters, and managing businesses often left me overwhelmed and out of balance. A serious farm accident in 2016 forced me to pause and rethink everything. That moment became the foundation for Leading Rein, a framework designed to empower women to step into their full potential.

My programs combine personal profiling, insights into human behavior and globally recognised experiential learning. Whether it’s through holistic professional development workshops or my signature retreat Time for You in Tasmania , my mission is to help women reconnect with their strengths, realign with their values, and lead authentically.

True leadership isn’t about doing it all, it’s about living intentionally and creating a life by design. I’m here to help women thrive in every area of life, both personally and professionally.”

Melissa is available for public speaking engagements. Contact us to discuss how she can contribute to your event.

A Holistic Approach To Professional Development

Understanding how you’re showing up in life is key to creating the results, relationships, and resilience you want both personally and professionally.

When we move beyond who we think we are and uncover parts of ourselves we didn’t know existed, we open doors to new opportunities and potential. The journey forward isn’t just about learning; it’s about building experiences that provide the tools and insights to create sustainable change and lasting impact.

When we trust ourselves, we allow others to do the same, creating space for collaboration, communication, and confidence.

The first step in moving forward is knowing exactly who we are, where we’re headed, and where we stand right now. That’s why I use proven profiling tools and globally recognised frameworks to help fast-track your transformation. This approach sharpens your self-awareness, making it easier to make informed decisions, grow with confidence, and see tangible results in your personal and professional life.

Where Do Horses Fit In?

Horses and humans have been working together for centuries for good reason. Whether you have horse experience or not, this approach will be different to anything you have previously experienced! Horses are a vital part of our workshops, adding a powerful layer to the transformation process.

With ground-based, non-riding activities, we offer tailored formats to suit individuals and specific business requirements. There’s no role-play; it's real play and it’s often what’s missing when we’re learning new skills or trying to break old habits.

Working with horses helps us uncover patterns, communication challenges, and situations that we face in everyday life whether at work, at home, or within ourselves.

Whether you're focused on personal growth, improving how you communicate, or stepping into your own power, horses offer a safe space to practice, build confidence, and gain new insights on how to navigate life’s challenges.

Our approach centers on safety, creating a supportive environment where you can learn, grow, and expand in your own time, at your own pace.

We have high quality connections to provide workshops and retreats
